I agree and disagree, only in the sense that - everything impacts a user's experience. The entire team should have that on their mind to a varying degree.

I think you could have less steps here. Why not have the person sending out the initial invite pick all the times possible for them, and just let the collaborators choose the ones that work for them, and then send out an email that works fo

I saw http://www.otherinbox.com take care of this a few years ago, was nice in theory, but I never kept up with my account. Bigger issue, your splash page has an enormous amount of text.

As a UX engineer & designer, I think this looks great. I could imagine many non-engineers or non-designers using it. However, the right side seems to be too unintuitive even for me.

So I've also been building web apps for 10+ years, and I forgot to put one on my site - for creating error pages. People are different, I'm obviously trying to solve a problem that affects me, but maybe not you.

On one hand I'm very embarrassed that I forgot that. On the other hand its kind of like the proof in the pudding for me. I never have time for those damn things. I'll have a page up tonight.
