This is a very bad idea! It'll cause far more accidents as the result. You'll have some crazy bicyclist who'll fully ignore the stop sign and fly through them. What you describe is illegal now and will remain illegal if thi

One of the main reasons Amazon is able to treat its tech workers so poorly is their aggressive use and enforcement of non-compete agreements. Fed up with Amazon and want to jump to Google or Microsoft for better pay or better working condit

Nicer interface, but have they done anything about power consumption? Would like to be able to run a 30 minute hangout without completely draining the battery on my Macbook Pro.

At Opendoor, we've been running an important piece of our data science infrastructure on Convox. Their philosophy of relying on battle-tested AWS primitives has made Convox more stable than any non-Heroku PaaS I've ever encountere

At Opendoor, we've been running an important piece of our data science infrastructure on Convox. We love the flexibility to choose our own hardware, scaling vertically as well as horizontally. We wrote a post on this last week: https:

Really cool stuff. Seems like you found a good way to hand off most of the hard stuff to AWS and only do a few key things yourselves to make the experience better. As such I think Empire has the potential to be a viable option for many comp

No, I did not take a look at the data being sent. I'm sure that in most of the cases I cited, the HTTP payload is encrypted or at least signed. At the very least, using plain HTTP to communicate with S3 will leak some additional metada

Interesting approach. I guess there are use cases where the small number of allocs of some of the other routers is enough to cause problems. I'll definitely stick to httprouter as my default starting point, though. The params interface
