Of course, child porn is easier to identify. For a human eye. Also, in case of Apple and their App Store it’s not only CP, it is all kind of NSFW content that has to be filtered out. And that can be nuanced. It appears that for now the filt

That must have changed recently, no? Because a few years ago all the "dangerous" search terms where blanked in the Tumblr app. Not even a straight porn, I was looking for photos of some top models and if there was any kind of topl

One commenter in the OP article pointed an interesting aspect of it: it's widely required, and considered totally feasible to preemptively filter pornography from the user uploaded stuff, and yet: even the giants like YouTube will fall

There are user-made shortcuts for Spotify already[0]. These use external website to connect to Spotify API and require a prompt. So, instead of "Play Kurt Vile" you have to say "Play artist", wait for a note, then say &q

The systems in VWs are like that by purpose. Their premium brands do behave better, yet they still not on the level of Tesla's system (I refuse to call it autopilot). Still, no one knows if what Tesla does is indeed that much better, o

IANAL, but: iOS is not a monopoly, but it has a dominant position, especially in US (over or close to 50% market share). For tablets their market share is even bigger than that. That should be enough to at least consider some actions, on so

Coal is one thing, the environmental cost of producing batteries is another. You have to drive your 100kWh Tesla for over 8 years to get carbon emissions lower than ICE cars[1]. That number probably got lower thanks to Gigafactory being mor

Only the cheapest (and TT) Audi models are based on MQB. From A4 up it’s MLB – the luxury variant. Also, for the new cars Audi will share the tech not with the cheaper makes, but upwards: with Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini and so on. It alr

It's not only Facebook though. If you look for a restaurant at Google it will show you a link to that restaurant's website, opening hours, etc. but also: how popular the place is at any time, and how much time people spend there.

I can not disagree more. Formula E is nothing like Formula 1. I was hoping it is, even considered going to the race nearby, but then I dug more into it. In reality: it's closer to go-karts than F1 or other "racing formulas".
