moment.js exposes i18n options[1], I'd just have to expose an API to allow you to add/set a language through their API. [1]: http://momentjs.com/docs/#/i18n/

Ignores those, they're far too differently implemented across browsers. This just assumes you're using a `<input type='text' />`

Just take the assets in the `dist` directory and the API is accessible on the `rome` global.

You can get it from bower or just take the stuff in the dist folder. It doesn't depend on npm at all. If you don't use commonjs it'll be published to the "rome" global variable.

This is terribly confusing advice: "NEVER sanitize your inputs!". He means: "just don't call it sanitizing".
