Drug contraindications are automatically flagged though. In principle yes they have to do that, but rarely if ever in practice.

If all coke is cut with fent, all coke users will die. That’s not a sustainable practice. Either everyone stops doing coke (which they won’t) or there will be some sort of process to fix it.
