I don't know if he does this sort of thing, but I recommend Jonathan Walgate. He has a Ph.D. from Oxford in quantum physics and a business helping people to write grants. He's also a great guy! (I used to do quantum physics.) htt

I don't get why you say that investment bankers are expensive at 1 to 2%. If they can't improve the deal by at least 2%, they can't be worth dealing with at all.
