I don't get it. People who take dangerous or risky jobs nobody else wants do get paid more. Higher suicide rate has nothing to do with some privileges being taken away. As for clothes, it depends on your social circle - in mine people

Amazon, Microsoft and Google don't offer hard cap. Most other/smaller public cloud providers do. The reasons are quite obvious.
