I agree with everything you've said here, but I think we should understand why it happens and build a better solution to it rather than lamenting the fact that people will always try and avoid doing difficult things when those things

The premise that backs this approach seems to be that there is a black and white “genetic standard” but the reality is surely very subtle shades of grey. What are the parameters for deciding between genetically viable and genetically unvia

I sympathise with people using HTML "incorrectly" because there's a mismatch between how HTML is designed and what it actually has to do in the wild. Maybe using the "correct" element structure is going to be much m

You've made some assumptions here about the impact of a verified supply chain for vape cartridges, and it sounds like you're proposing a solution to a non-existent problem. A reputable supplier of vape cartridges gains nothing fro

I agree with this. I used to play a lot (competitive matches, got to near the top of the main league in the UK for CS:Source) and I think for your average player it feels the same to be playing against good players as it does against people

Like I said previously, citations are needed for these assertions. You might be right, but at the moment it looks like opinion.

Fair enough - and I agree with your argument. But it begs the question, if you know that the better life was within your grasp with expectation P then why did you not make the opposite decision? Maybe you know things now that you didn'

The feeling of regret about a past decision is an odd one to me. It's based on the premise that you know with some certainty what would have happened had you taken the opposite choice. That premise is false, you have no idea what woul

Citation needed. The literature I've seen suggests that an electric vehicle easily makes back any deficit quite early in its life. An easily digestable version of this calculation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch

Or maybe, by having kids you are subjecting yet another generation of creatures to the existential dread and guaranteed pain of their mortality and it is therefore an unethical thing to do? I don't feel like any of these points of view

That doesn't quite solve the problem unfortunately. If this is the only solution then the subject of some content can repudiate it by not signing it, even if it did actually happen. For example if the president was filmed saying somet

They actually kind of have... the crew on a big ship do very little “shopping” and a hell of a lot of maintenance. The open sea is a very hostile place and most of the work involved is keeping the ship healthy in that environment.
