Snap calls itself the friends and family network for a reason. Instagram is a mix of celebrities, influencers, businesses, friends and family.

I could see Snapchat's Spectacles evolving into that. They already have impressive facial and object recognition.

Basic Economics by Thomas Sowell is the book that got me interested in economics. It's a large but easy to understand read.

There are so many moving parts that it's so easy to screw up. An amazing script can get ruined by a bad director, actors, editor, executives with bad notes, etc. Also, I'm sure with so much money involved, people are more likely t

It didn't help that they changed the name to Live Die Repeat for its home release. My wife doesn't like action movies or Tom Cruise but loved Edge of Tomorrow. That movie was definitely a missed opportunity.

It's a fun idea. I'm looking forward to watching the pitches. Even the startups that don't win will get free publicity. I've downloaded apps because of Justin's ProductHunt reviews. I give it 5/5 Klausses.

I've been a paying subscriber of Rdio for at least 3+ years. I loved that Rdio let me explore other people's playlists, often leading to discover new favorite songs. Also never liked Spotify's UI. I'm bummed to switch.

Part of it is also things getting so good in the world (most people in America don't have to worry about shelter or food) that people start to invent problems or find challenges to solve.

There's even an app called Fountain that lets you facetime with a plumber who then tells you what to buy/fix. I tried it when my bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off. It was surprisingly convenient.
