This looks like a clever solution to the problem for lichess, at least until someone plugs together a relatively simple bot with 100% success rates. Though, just because it can be cracked easily doesn't necessarily demerit it, perhaps their

A rational North Korean state would not engage in nuclear war in just about any scenario as it would mean almost certain destruction for itself in response. To help persuade their enemies not to invade they try to appear as irrational as

As far as I can tell that actually could work very well, though the implementation might be quite difficult: 15 different zoom levels (I think) that google uses probably wouldn't be enough to make transitions between each seamless, requirin

Did you click on any of the blue links in the comic? They contain articles on language features with sections: 'Synopsis', 'How it kills bugs', 'Explanation' and 'Weakness'.

No. 5 on that list is not valid any longer, fixed font sizes were only an issue with IE6 where fonts specified in pixels wouldn't respond to the user's font size setting.

While I don't doubt your assertion, I think the parent was looking for more evidence than a simple "yes".

Looks like it only alternates between the two states (flashing and not flashing), so if the page is opened as a new tab (i.e. not focused to begin with) then the flashing occurs when the tab is not focused.

While I agree it needs a proper introduction, example code can easily be found in the source of the compiler itself (the compiler is written in ESL): http://code.google.com/p/esl/source/browse/trunk/src

Instead of prefixing protected attributes with underscore (_class) i would instead just wrap those in quotes (valid js, no extra logic), e.g. 'class': 'foo'.

I wonder, do any routers, proxies or local internet exchanges filter requests based on TLDs that don't exist in a dictionary of valid TLDs? I'm guessing at least some do, which may give incorrect results.

One of the most important things to get right with lightbox libraries is making sure they work well when the user has already scrolled down the page, this one fails in that case: http://i.imgur.com/Gh1Vd.png

Most clients don't allow this option as it makes the network less efficient. The swarm is efficient due to the fact that users download the pieces randomly and therefore are able to re-seed pieces that a low percentage of other users have.
