i think little companies doing their own thing is a pretty strong strategy, Microsoft did a bunch of other things wrong as well.

i guess i was thinking about what they could do if they did not stifle their apps to fit some kind of unified design specification. 'killing' is supposed to reflect where i think they could be without following their own guidelines. Though

300% increase in visits on the day of this. generally nice for spreading some awareness. A few more orders than normal, but nothing insane. very cool for a comment to receive attention though. Makes me want to comment on more articles where

I suppose what I was suggesting was to let each app develop along its own path. Let designers and engineers focus solely on building the best app possible. then throw the google logo in there and integrate with other google services as best

my shipping policy actually has to do with the printer i am working with, he only ships to the lower 48. That said, this is powerful input. My plan is that if i start getting enough orders and interest from abroad i will be able to convince

thanks!, in terms of the branding issues w/ facebook, i could see that, but if i ever got big enough to have problems... i think i would be happy. I guess i chose the name for SEO, but when i start offering print services for other networks
