Very few algorithms really care, rather, it's when you're composing them that maintaining insertion order avoids a lot of boilerplate in having to cart that information around. For the same reason, though, it's potentially a

I think Doom isn't a pure carnage simulator as there's also a measure of navigating obstacles and surviving that makes it fun. Serious Sam really is just carnage, and it's to its detriment; you get wave after wave of enemies

I had a mess of shell functions. It is nice that they run more quickly, but I don't have any shell commands that need to run that often. What moved me to putting them in a bin directory was that it's just easier to edit a standalo

I'm pretty safe in assuming they either enter a new business or don't for some reason. The some reason would be that they aren't able to actually do it. No one just goes out of business; read a story about a failing business

That was the basic premise of checked exceptions in Java. It's not really related to the type system or anything. The root of the problem is Java compiles each class as an independent module, so any method has to deal with all its exce

They have a choice. An economic profit is defined as making enough profit (and intangible benefit) to not want to do something else. For a small business owner it's "am I better off selling it off and getting a regular job?"
