I totally get this. I have many non-drinking coworkers and I always see a little pain in their eyes when the team suggests we go out and grab drinks.

Just left there after a year. I had a great time and built some very fun stuff. Alcohol-free office is a bit of a bummer, but there's a nice little joint downstairs you can buy an overpriced beer.

A testimony from some random internet stranger tilts your judgement of such a huge life decision as a career change? How can you be sure my story is accurate? For all you know I might have given them the wrong number or some other error on

You can still host your domain on google apps which is simple and painless. The key is that you can take your domain with you and move it wherever you want later on, if you choose to.

Exactly this. It's painful to realize that Git was invented to solve this very problem, but so many use GitHub as their source control server just like CVS and all the other old source control systems.

With each GitHub failure people learn some good lessons. Redundancy is the key. Push to multiple remotes and fall back to backup remotes in your scripts.

It's amazing that the Apple TV is considered a turd. They seemingly did everything right. Support for third party apps, an awesome remote, decent power. Aside from missing 4k, what makes it such a turd?

John Oliver's video is #3 trending on YouTube right now. It specifically calls for people to write comments on that page. He even bought up a domain that points directly to the page. http://gofccyourself.com
