I found this case study video to be a good summary of what went wrong with Blue Apron: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UpQkAEei08w

I think the purpose of these "obfuscated" links were to make them easier to type into you phone, if you happened to visit on your desktop.

One thing I wish I'd asked before starting the job I currently have is how much IT likes to dictate what you can and cannot do on your work machine. They block iCloud, Messages.app, have some horrible resource-heavy anti-virus, and a

They actually have one. "Private listening". But you can't assign certain devices to stay in that mode.

The importance of a good Discover Weekly has caused me to be super 'careful' with what I listen to. I have a separate Spotify account on my family plan where I listen to stuff I don't like. For instance, it's connected t

I've always found thefuck to be a great Python code base which is nicely organized and easy enough to wrap your head around. Also an easy project to contribute to. https://github.com/nvbn/thefuck

I've spent hours of effort making sure Facebook Apps on my phone never have access to my location. It's something I'm particularly crept out with regard to Facebook specifically. I've granted them access to my photo libr

I'm thinking this is the answer to the Echo Dot - for the Echo Show lines. The name makes it pretty obvious, as does the price point. These actually fill my needs better, since I don't need the fancy speakers and these look way sl

Hmm, I constantly get false person alerts when two of my tiny yorkies are in frame at the same time. Must see the eyes from one, and the hips from another? Not sure. It's not super annoying though, I enjoy getting alerted a few times a

This seems to be the tiniest spec bump for a full iPhone release. No huge new killer features over the 7. Undoubtedly, all the new stuff and innovation is being saved for the iPhone X.
