The point is that if it weren't for judicial activism, there might have been a more moderate middle ground reached, and that the perception of that anything more conservative than the status quo is radical is disingenuous. More conserv

Or if not getting pregnant is that important to you, just don't have sex. That's the only option for men who want to be sure to avoid legal obligations for the act.

For standing to sue? Yes Why would a special interest group be able to sue to protect frogs, but another wouldn't be able to sue to protect unborn babies?

There's a federal law giving people the right to sue fax spammers- statutory damages of ~$500 per fax, specifically to get around freedom of speech. I think it was in the 1996 telecom law. Not sure if it's been litigated.

A non-profit sued it's way to SCOTUS a few years ago in defense of frogs. Absurd arguments both for and against standing are hardly new, and most don't have statutory authority behind them.

The choice angle is simple- you choose the act that leads to conception. The pro-abortion side just doesn't like the answer.

The mother's choice is made by partaking in the act that leads to conception. Courts have zero problems legally binding men to that act.

How in the hell in the same paragraph do you claim speech and firearms aren't protected civilly (which is false), but figure privacy and/or non-explicit abortion rights aren't?

Voluntary slavery here, means that the ultimate control of your own life includes the right to give it away, sell it, or end it. It does not mean chattel slavery, or involuntary servitude, or even involuntary government seizures.

And the 10th leaves the determination of that in the hands of the States, barring an amendment to the US Constitution. Then there's the rabbit hole that is judicial review. And if constitutional protections need not be explicitly menti

Strength is unrelated to brittleness. Brittleness is a measure of plastic deformation at the (ultimate strength) breaking point. Eg, diamonds, cast iron, and saltine crackers are all very brittle. Resilience and ductility are related techni
