Where I'm from we call a HOA a body corporate, and every home owner in the scheme has a % ownership in the BC. The title deed includes the ownership share. So if the house ownership is transferred, so is the share in the BC. Size of th

GPU stands for "graphics processing unit" so I'm not sure how your suggestion solves it. Maybe renaming the device to an MPU, where the M stands for "matrix/math/mips" would make it more semantically corre

My immediate reaction when landing on one of these "top 10 X products" are that the list is sorted according to the size of the kickback the author gets when users click on affiliate links. For the most part I don't believe t

Not quite. More like signal-to-noise-ratio gate. In radio transmissions, there is white noise when no active signal is received. Radios mute themselves when there is white noise, as to not annoy the user. On 2 way radios this is very import

An Apple ev would have cost 100k, and the 50kwh battery upgrade would have cost 20k extra.

Apple is a fantastic iterator and polisher. They are not innovators. What was the last apple product that was truly innovative, i.e. something no-one else has done before?

Kei truck and the Maverick aren't even in the same universe of size comparison. A kei truck will give a VW Golf a run for it's money size wise!

You are responding to a message about the cybertruck specifically, so I assume you are implying musk's behaviour is to blame for the poor sales of the CT? The cybertruck fell flat long before Musk's true identity was revealed (mag

Here in Ireland al lot of local "last mile" services (postman, deliveries, council services, repair crews etc) are switching to electric vans. It's such a no-brainer and a great application of evs. I'm actually wondering

If the next best model is 0.5x as expensive, then many might opt for that in use cases where the results are already good enough. At work we are optimising cost by switching in different models for different agents based on use case, and wh
