Why? If anything, it's going to become the most intensively analyzed airplane with the most widely broadcast flight envelope in aviation history. I personally hope that the Max gets back in the skies soon. I can't wait to get on b

Richmond has entire malls where you will not find any English language. I do not believe that is the case in Cupertino. Also, Canada's approach to multiculturalism allows this to flourish, whereas America's "melting pot"

Seriously. An Airline Transport Pilot must: * Have demonstrated precision flying, including precision power off landings, from a variety of altitudes and preconditions. * Multiple demonstrations of a wide range of flying capabilities, inclu

That viewpoint is needlessly absolutist. There's obviously no way that native nations could even afford to negotiate with the US Federal Government. That was true 184 years ago, and it's still true now. At the same time these peop

Personally I like HN the way it is. Very little UI clutter. If we start doing ISO dates and maybe options to switch between high precision and default low precision, we lose the good feel that HN has produced.

True, it would be nice to move elsewhere so that we can fulfill our DNA's desire to spread out. However, the Earth is the only rock we've ever found life on at all anywhere, including within our own solar system. Before we blithel

On of my favorite aspects of this story is that in order to invent the propeller (one of Wright's true innovations) they had to invent and build the Lift Balance. They built the Lift Balance[1]... out of bicycle spokes and hack saw bla

The whole "eco friendly" thing about hand dryers never made sense to me. In fact, I think it's a marketing ploy by the air dryer makers. Paper towels are great, and they come from trees, which we can and want to grow more of.
