I bought the 27-inch iMac in 2011. I don't mind the single screen, it helps focus actually. I think it was the last version before Retina screens and SSDs, and that's why it's really heavy: 30.5 pounds (13.8 kg)! When I moved

I maintain Bulma: https://bulma.io/ 1) I started it because it was simply a personal CSS framework I was using myself to kick start my projects, and I wanted to share it around. 2) People found it through various websites,

I had the same issue: I spent a couple of days listening to old tunes I rarely pick anymore, and it “messed up” my Discover Weekly. I thought “Well I only have myself to blame, don’t I?”. Turns out Spotify has a “Private session” mode to pr

I felt it was easier to read and understand, since the "is-" or "has-" clearly shows it's a modifier class, and not a base class. Also, it prevents the namespace from being "polluted" by class names that c

I had 3 of my "Show HN" hit the front page. I have stats about 2 of them. They had a huge spike at the start, but the current traffic is more correlated with SEO and backlinks rather than the initial influx of visitors. My actual

I wish more websites, especially those actively writing about UX, would style visited links differently. When you're reading one of these myths, there is no link to go to the next one ; you need to go back to the index. But since visit

I was wondering the same thing. I stumbled upon Keystone this weekend and it's the one that looks the most promising. Only cons is mongodb, it's lacking per template custom fields, and is not very designer-friendly. I have in mind

I agree with the Flexbox and DRY principles, but it's weird to still rely on arbitrary naming conventions like SUIT when CSS modules have been around for a while now. Naming things has always been difficult, especially in CSS where it
