I don't think this has been true for at least a couple of years. There are wheels posted back to 2014 and maybe farther (didn't check beyond 1.4.1). https://pypi.python.org/pypi/matplotlib

With google's 2FA, you can print out codes ahead of time that can each be used once in place of the SMS'd code. Bring some of those with you, perhaps...

I like pip, but it's too bad that it can only install from source. It's quite a hassle sometimes to round up dependencies and build them all on windows (not to mention not everyone has a compiler installed on windows). easy_instal

From Phil's annoucement on the mail list, it seems PyQt5 does have full Qt 5.1 support (except for QtSerialPort and QtSensors) (and the latest installer tagged Qt5.1.0 contains a QtQuick.pyd)
