Very hard to coordinate with other people. If someone is 200km East they'll have a slightly different Sunrise time and you need to take that into account when arranging a phone call for instance.

If this is for your job (and you are not a consulant chaning client every week) then they probably stick with the same frameworks for a long time, so just get to know those and ignore the rest. If it is for a side project just use whatever

I was thinking the same thing. The only reason I think to use Intercoooler is for very simple scenarios, or for people who perfer the server side programming and want to minimise JS programming. Which I can relate to to some extent. Having

2 weeks instead of 2 years? Probably only possible if team B really sucks or than B is ok but team A aggressively descoped or used off the shelf solutions i.e. procurement over coding. Which I guess is valuable in a way.

Nice idea, but it requires predicting the future in such a way that if you could do it, then you'd make more money on the financial markets :-) You'd need a mathematical model of candidates, predicting what they will actually do.

Yes mostly due to Resume Driven Recruitment. All the soft skills and technical acumen become worthless to many companies if you can't hit those language and stack bullet points.
