This is (at least) the third time you've submitted this today. You seem to be deleting the article and resubmitting so that it stays pinned on HN's 'new' page. That doesn't seem to be in the spirit of the guideline:

I disagree with this type of form builder. In a previous job, we built lots of forms (for gov/banking sectors), had a formbuilder product, and used multiple commercial formbuilders too. They were all more complex but fundamentally the

The name for that feature is 'IVR' (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interactive_voice_response ). If you google 'ivr answering service' you'll find several companies offering this.

So I raised an issue with Surespot, and it is indeed the case that Android uses UTF-8 everywhere by default, independent of locale (much more sensible than Sun's Java!). The code is correct. Nothing to see here, move along.

Just thinking about that - this class of error gets reported by Findbugs and other static analysis tools. So, this bug indicates that there aren't tools like that in the build - for a security app, where correctness should be top prior

I'm not an expert, but I can see a problem with schemes along those lines. MD5 (and similar) extension attacks also take advantage of the padding added after the thing you want to hash; so eg Secret: secret Message: foo&bar Let's includ

I did say 'like' an Instaflater - it's the mechanism I meant. The thermarest pump sack doubles as a stuff sack, so it's not dead weight like the Instaflater. I'm a bike tourer, not a backpacker, so I tend to shave weight when I can drop a p

The stuff about inflating with your mouth is a bit of a straw man. If you inflate say a Thermarest NeoAir or a Packraft you're more likely to use something like an Instaflator now: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yJLVYfg88TE (Thermarest h

Spot on. We had this problem taking on some legacy code during a round of layoffs. They had checked in /their own/ DLLs from subprojects. It turned out that one DLL had unknown modifications not in the source code, and another had no source
