It is part of an excellent PBS documentary by Brian Greene - the Fabric of Cosmos. It discusses Newtonian View, Relativity revolution, etc. Though it doesn't go to the depth of quantum cosmology levels as in the parent post.

There would be some credence to the hacking claim if it was shown that the anomaly was concentrated in just three states. But what we have is overwhelming evidence of Trump over-performing a certain demographics in a much wider region [1],

Reading these comments, I am having a serious Deja Vu. This exact discussion took place in Slashdot after 2004 re-election of Bush (a study pointing out anomalies came out then too).

Having been on both sides of the table, I can attest to it. When I was a young developer interviewing more experienced developers, I would foresee the hassle of arguing with him on everything day to day and that would instantly give negativ

Thanks. That somewhat makes sense, I think. Kind of ironic though. Most of the underdeveloped world didn't want globalization to begin with!

Yes, his campaign staff has a policy list. But does the man consistently stand by them and defend them each time? Nope[1]. Take the recent contradiction with Pence on Syria, for example. The traditional republicans are hoping he will implem

This is my thinking too. Anyone who has been paying attention knows that he doesn't have anything closer to a consistent policy in his platform. To be fair, there is a lot of copy-paste from standard GOP platform, but his own speeches

Really.. It doesn't make sense. This is like the Star Trek episode where a holodeck character wants to live in the real world. (Spoiler alert..) Picard just traps him in a bigger simulation and makes him think that he escaped!

Youtube is a great resource to find a general consensus of the common wisdom. You can also record yourself with a tripod and camera and watch later. Another way to learn is to watch other people (People who look like they know what they are

Yea, no shit. This is pretty much common-sense advise by now. I was hoping for some new insights with respect to things like cell-phone usage, pesticides, low-carb diets, fasting or those so-called "anti-inflammatory" diets.

I wouldn't put it in the same category as porn. Indian authorities are pretty paranoid about satellite phones since it is the preferred form of communication of terrorists. Bribing doesn't work always, especially when dealing with

It is if there aren't enough jobs to support the local population and there are only few jobs Government can create. To the people who are not familiar with political atmosphere in Kerala, it's not the 99%/Feel-the-Bern kind

Totally agree. Kerala is probably the most anti-industrial/anti-capitalist state in India. A majority of the working population earn their livelihood abroad (mostly Middle East), sends money and keeps the local economy running.

Yep, this was the most difficult thing to grasp when I started learning this stuff. I thought that somehow the body knows to slow things down when it is in motion. But when you think through it, it is easy. Its all in the reference frames.
