> Action leads to motivation, not the other way around. For me, this sounds a bit tautological. Of course the opposite of procrastination is action. It’s similar to saying, “If you want to lose weight, just eat less.” It’s certainly tr

I want to live to see these tools being deployed in VC offices. What are these guys doing anyway besides going to the gym, having coffee dates, and putting out BS posts on X?!

There’s a fine line between being an AGI skeptic and an AI skeptic. While I don’t believe the “AI will take all jobs” VC tales, I also think not using LLMs in software development workflows is similar to not wanting to use Excel as an accou

I think there is a difference though. I have seen people who are useful but not perceived as being valuable. Key differentiator in all these cases was bad or missing communication. Do good stuff and make sure enough people notice. If you do

I think it’s the other way around. If LLMs continue to become more powerful, hiring more juniors who can use them will be a no-brainer.

This is a bit of a different area: but since the last elections, I have subscribed to the New York Times. I don’t always agree with them, but I feel like I’m strengthening the counter-side.
