This is the equivalent of graphic designers presenting alternate proposals for boarding passes and Craigslist. They're not wrong, and for those with a specific sort of sensibility, the "imperfections" can be grating, but for

Two reactions: 1) Companies can rarely articulate the problems they're facing. They know the pain they're feeling, but not necessarily why. If they know the problem, they're either a) working on a solution, b) thinking abou

Breakfast is typically a granola bar (I like the old-school crunchy Nature's Valley ones) and a cup of coffee. 30% of the time the coffee will be a latte from Starbucks or the local coffee shop. Mid-morning I'll probably have anot

This morning I read (and just submitted) a Vanity Fair piece on how morale at Twitter is really low and people are straight-up not coming to work. It ended with this letter, which makes no mention of a forthcoming acquisition and seems ra

Presuming departments track complaint resolution outcomes, we should see the rate of "legitimate" cases go up. E.g., if 100 cases were filed, 50 frivolous, and the officer in question was sanctioned in 10 cases, that's a 10%
