Sorry but this product is horse shit. I have nothing but contempt for it. 1. It's expensive at £250. I doubt it makes a saving on that scale over 10 years. In fact I suspect it costs more over time (i.e. when it goes wrong and when it

From experience it's generally not worth the risk. Perhaps they got it right but 90% don't. It's like playing the lottery.

They already solved that one. Fluke do a line of meters with remote displays.

Nope. That's a Core 2 at 1.86 GHz in a MacBook Air which is technically pants. My 2011 2.7GHz i7-2620M MBP would destroy that in a second. http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Z3770-vs-Intel-Core-i7-2620M

It actually says "at any point in time". The title and the abstract are poorly written and the GP is deriding it which his perfectly appropriate. Not only that, after reading it, it appears that the science is bollocks too. And to

The Lumia 800 was a WP7.5 device. It's a bit different now with WP8. Battery doesn't suck anymore with the NT kernel, we do have mass storage and it doesn't require Zune anymore. It's a simple MTP device. I can actually

You need to use a Microsoft account to buy stuff on the WP Store but there is no obligation to use it for anything else, it can be tied to your existing email address and can be closed at any point without any problems. I've never had

That's amusing because I'm actually just fighting a "unicorn poop" proposal that puts a shit ton of sensitive financial data into the system you just described on a stack built by the lowest bidding hipsters the new TA c

I'll probably be hung for this comment, but I'd still grab the Lumia 625 for the same price myself. Sure the screen isn't as high res but you get 4G/LTE, an SD slot, guaranteed lifecycle, quality integration with just

Sky. If you argue with them you'll get a good deal. I don't have Sky TV either. Edit: you need a provider that can afford to make a loss for the sake of customer retention. Sky is a primary example as their broadband is a tiny por

$5 to $20 doesn't even raise itself above the noise for most people. The net gain for deployment with web deploy is enough on its own.

We spend about £1500 on Azure a month. It's considerably cheaper than a quarter rack with a ton of bandwidth and all the associated license management. It's cheap but not budget.

It's pretty good and yes that is how it works I'm a cheapskate and I get 12Mbit down and 1.5Mbits up with no traffic management and no limits and free phone services for £8/month.

This is normal for any systems of this type. The online tax returns system for HMRC in the UK does the same thing every year. People need do it earlier.

Yeah it's a total bugger. The wrist rashes might actually be the sharp edge on the front of the unit and might be posture related. This is what 2 weeks of using an MBP did to my hands as a comparison point: http://i.imgur.co

I do work in that space and the reason we use stuff like this is that we can't afford to do the processing up front as it reduces our capacity and makes people wait. The MQ solutions allow complicated logic to be deferred until later,

I've had problems with so many Apple products over the years that I've stopped buying them. The last thing I bought was a 2011 MBP (hefty top line i7). Total waste of money. It was an insurance replacement for the 2010 one that li
