This project does have potentials. We were using Gogo up until a few months ago until it was deprecated and replaced the pipeline with Buf.build. It took several days of head scratching but once we figured it out it was basically ZERO code

I can totally relate to "keeping up with the Joneses" when it comes to new tools, frameworks and trends. JS world is full of new crap to "compensate" for the lacking of older crap. I wish there was some sort of a consort

Every person is different and vary in time and concentration management. If you have a single income stream with a lot of dependencies, it's extremely risky to even distract yourself with wishful startup ideas. The most useful advice w

The demo video has a slightly annoying audio and suffers from very mellow tone that just doesn't communicate 'adventure'! Aside from personal annoyance, I believe there's something very special and interesting about this

Fantastic marketing execution. Most surprising was the gravitation of the conversation. I'm really curious about the script behind the voices. Was it written by a person or ai as well?

I've had my EZ split keyboard for 2.5 years now. I do not like it! But since I've paid a lot for it, I keep forcing my self to use it. I constantly switch back n forth with my 8 years old Code Keyboard. I tried a friend's new

To run k8s on bare metal server clusters there's only Metallb option to bring user traffic into clusters NodePort services, via externally exposed IP address(es). I wasn't talking about k8s internal load balancers and reverse prox

One thing missing from the article is the "load balancer" aspect of the orchestrators. I believe K8S favours big cloud providers tremendously due to load balancer lock-in or handcuff or whatever else you want to call it. For Kuber

Oh man, yet another Windows only game! I haven't owned or used a Windows system. I would love to play/pay for this game or Anno-1800 and few others. Is the Mac/Linux community still so small that no one cares about it? I'

The UX reminded me of [PipeDream]( https://pipedream.com/ ) The industry around abstractions tools/ui on top DBs is growing. We use Retool very heavily and it does get pricy. This is a very neat execution and has potenti

Curious as to why "if money is no object" regarding Bazel? Where are the hidden costs? Appreciate it if you could elaborate I haven't used it before but i'm considering Bazel, Please.Build or Nix for our monorepo.

There are a lot of great feedback posted already. However, I'd like to suggest looking at it differently. I've gone through job/pay upgrades many many times and lifestyle also gets upgraded as well. None of those ways truly&#

I don't recommend the EZ due to: - Thumb cluster, 4 of the 6 buttons (smaller ones) are hardly reachable organically. - Miss typing and frustrating first few months because of key layouts - You'll try 100s of layout changes in th
