The main difference between saying "Download this file and double-click it" and saying "run ldd on this file" is that it is surprising to at least the author (and me) that ldd does in fact execute code in that file.

Jira, with about 500 developers. It is quite slow with this many developers. Apparently Atlassian has developed their own database query engine, and use the database only as simple storage. This makes it very hard to optimize for our intern

(Just to clarify...) I know what you mean, but I don't think your question makes sense without comparing it to something. That something would naturally be the path. www.google.com makes as much sense as com.google.www but www.google.com/ro

I have not tried github properly, so I can't make a fair comparison, but bitbucket is extremely nice. Everything feels just right.

I have not tried github, but I find bitbucket (Mercurial hosting) to address your issues properly. Everything else with that site is also right :)

Is the oil used for electricity? If not, this will not (directly) replace it. Also, you only need one nuclear reactor (of which a powerplant has many) to make up for the energy produced by this thing. That said, I totally support this way o

I would ask directly, then. For example "How many people work in your company?" or "In how many countries does your employer have offices?"
