Thanks much for the information. I currently live in 78704 (The Catherine). Those types of places are perfect for me as well. I'd love something like those townhouses (also single, would love a dog as a companion). I was looking and te

My apartment is somewhere around 1,800-1,900 per month and that includes all fees and what not. It's also a studio, but it's condo grade (3 feet of sound proofing on all walls and ceilings), concierge, built in Sonos and speakers,

The property taxes here to me are my main concern. Even if paying for a downtown condo in cash I still have a substantial monthly constantly growing property tax. It seems pointless to me. It is very bike (although all my friends disagree)

It's strange to see Austin on this list. It says it takes nearly 50% of your income to buy a home. While all the other cities are nearly half that. Most of the other cities are also Midwest/North and have seasons / snow excep

Since it's often related, audio processing. As an example, maybe removing ad breaks from podcasts? I don't know how reasonable that would be as I haven't researched it, but could be a fun challenging project.

I ended up with an Embody after owning an Aeron (fully loaded, correct size), and Steelcase Leap (Leather). The Aeron was terrible. Quite possible the most uncomfortable. It felt stiff, not nearly as configurable as the Leap, and unlike the

I recently picked up a 2017 15 inch with Touch Bar and I honestly love it. I feel like it's one of the best MacBook Pro I have ever owned (soldered components and all), except for the first 17 inch Aluminum PowerBook and my Thinkpad 60

I think my favorite MacBook Pro keyboard was the one on the Aluminum PowerBook. The 12 inch Aluminum PowerBook is my favorite Apple product of all time. It was perfect to me in every way.

Very much agree with the parent comment here. My dad was in his mid 40's. Was doing multiple marathons and triathlons per year, including Iron Man. Two-a-day's training. Getting up at 4 or 5 AM, training, then training after work.
