In Hungary there's no history of such slavery. Peasants liberties were limited but it was not slavery. I feel your perspective is very Anglo American. There are European countries with very little or no culture of slavery.

I think you underestimate European taxes as an employer. In general it costs 2x to employ people in my experience. Taxes and social security contributions are massive

Could you share what parts of corporate planning would work well in a start-up environment? I find year long plans in a start-up environment difficult mainly as the plan needs to adapt more than in a corporate environment.

I disagree with algebra being too difficult for a 7 year old. You can learn geometric algebra at 7 with plastic blocks. It's a common way to teach math in Eastern Europe to young children afaik. Excellent maths teachers can really brin

I think comparing the US to China is misleading. Compared to the US in the past I can't tell if it's more totalitarian. Looking from the outside it looks more totalitarian. Freedom of speech and privacy have been eroding in the US
