I use that FF extension and have no complaints. The best thing I can say about it is that I never notice it, but it always does seem to put me on smile.

Why would this cause problems? Order is irrelevant in JSON. "An object is an unordered set of name/value pairs."[0] From a there is absolutely no difference between {"name": "Patrick", "age": 24}

Thanks for correcting me. I'm still just dipping my toe into erlang and forgot that there were two different versions. (And thanks to lambdadmitry for the additional insight.)

Actually, I just looked at the source and it looks like they're using ETS the built-in database in Erlang.

This looks really interesting. How are you writing the data to disk? I don't see exactly what you're doing in the article. Are you just writing the data to files directly or is there some sort of DB in there? From what I've s

That actually seems to be a different presentation, although one seems to have taken one or two slides from the other near the beginning.

This is a great idea. I was joking with my coworkers that job hunting is just like dating. I had briefly considered setting up something like this before I remembered that my project list was already too long. I'm getting a: "We&#

I wonder if they could do some intelligent parsing of the content and just return a plain text version of what the user requests. It wouldn't work for everything, but for things where there are articles with a defined "content&quo
