http203 was my favorite while it lasted. Both highly enjoyable and informative. I also want to give a shoutout to the CSS podcast by Adam Argyle and Una Kravets. It isn't easy to listen to, because it's trying to describe verbally

Could you apply your criticism to Gitlab personas in the link above? I am not sure I am following how politics, religiousness, age, melanin level, love of chocolate, etc. etc. could be relevant in that example.

The article is internally inconsistent. Consider the following quotes: > The early web itself, of course, was pretty exclusive: first, you had to be online, then you had to know HTML, and that wasn’t enough, you also had to have a hostin

Notice that lots of (probably most of; maybe even all) examples in the linked talk are due to unreasonable inputs. `true + true` doesn't make sense; `{}.toString().call(new Date())` or `+[] === +![]` don't make much sense either.

What are authoritative documentation sources for php these days? For javascript and browser apis, that would probably be mdn.io, and possibly web.dev. Any equivalents for php? php.net/manual looks like it might be it; but it contains n

I've been wondering about what the term social media means. It came into circulation fairly late, around 2010 or so; although we used to have all sorts of phpbb forums prior to that, and nobody bothered calling them social media. Som

I am the opposite. To me, dependencies in a project are a debt to which I regularly make my payments by keeping them up-to-date and resolving breaking changes as they arise. Allowing dependencies to fall too far out of date, in my experienc

This is wrong on so many levels :-) As of now, React is probably the only major frontend framework that doesn't interop well with web components, requiring various hacks for doing so. Proper support is hopefully coming in version 19. W
