I think you are talking about 25 days they can choose. In the UK you have 8 days that are Bank Holidays and National holidays. So this is a 33 day holiday policy.

Definitely one to watch. There is a lot to like here. I'm not saying it's for everyone but I see this as something you would use with Ionic to deliver a very good Android 5 look and feel solution.

I'd suggest technology is a key attraction. People involved in startups are there not only because it might get big, but also because the technology they are using excites them.

Well yes and no, as an inspector you are asking for a peer review of the patent. You start abusing SAWS and it will get noticed. I would assume however that software patents feature quite heavily in this pool of 'bad' patents.

The USPTO has pretty much got egg on its face when it comes to some of the patents it has issued in the past. When a performance target is the number of patents approved then this is what happens. To be able to take a patent in your case lo

I'm not saying it happened but if I had a developer who had worked for 5-6 years on an identical project, I would be very careful that your codebase does not include any of that project. I do feel you are taking somebody who had an imm

I have to say, what you describe as a manager seems to be more about the benefit to yourself and the way you 'control' your developers and less about trying to provide an environment that is efficient for your devs to deliver code

Amazon is a classic example of this, an apparently UK based selling business that in fact sells via Luxemburg with Amazon UK only being a fulfillment/delivery service.

I'm going to assume that any significant off-shore charges from subsidiaries will be considered profit and the company will need to prove otherwise. Should cause a few cases to go through the law courts.

Don't think it's about everywhere. What they are trying to stop is the profits made in the UK being offset against artificial debts from another division of the same company in a different more tax efficient country.

It was even more fundamental than that. A foreign manufactured product could have the 'right to re-sale' by the owner effectively revoked. If the ruling had gone the other way, a lot of manufacturing would have moved out of the US

As a tool for public space redesign it might have a better application. For example say you wanted to show a road with a cycle lanes. However the road widths would need to be reasonably accurate.
