What's FSOB? Was it just a typo of FSBO (as in for sale by owner)?

Can't speak for OP, but my progression went like this starting in 1995: - Start wasting lots of time in MSN chatrooms - Parents cancel MSN and switch to local ISP. Mourn loss of chatrooms. - Discover IRC using the mIRC client - Start p

There isn’t a good tax-advantaged alternative if you’re an employee with access to a 401k. If you’re under the income limit, you can make deductible contributions to an traditional IRA but that’s capped at $5500 per year vs $18,000 for the

Probably to avoid making 'data' a reserved word and breaking a ton of code that used 'data' as a variable name. Prior to Java 5, 'enum' was a very popular variable name too.

I suppose his comment was vague enough to interpret it however you want. To me, he's lamenting top talent being paid top dollar to work on better ways to get people to buy tchotchkes.

It's one thing to find a loophole in their paywall to view their content on their site. It seems to me that it's quite another to scrape their content and serve it up somewhere else in its entirety.

There was no reason for this to even get to a point where physically removing a passenger who did nothing wrong was necessary. There was a very simple solution here: United wanted 4 seats, offered some vouchers, and got no takers. At that

Submitted title gives the impression that he's going to do something about it. Actual article title: "FCC chief wants smartphones’ hidden FM radios turned on, but won’t do anything about it"

Why do you think the funds in your 401k are better than you could ever get in your IRA? You can open an IRA account anywhere you want. If the funds available where you are now aren't good, just move somewhere with better choices.

Perhaps you're just exaggerating to make your point, but I'm quite confident that you've never had a $50 steak end up anywhere close to $100 due to taxes and tips.
