It doesn't have to be too old actually. I was just 13 when everything happened. And I do remember that day very clear. Somehow a lot of small details are still in my head. Like the couch I was sitting on or how I was just watching live

> With my bash scripts I don't have to read documentation Well. Actually you do need to read the documentation. It might just coincide that you already did it in the past.

That's interesting, that you're talking about docker and that most things in your environment are dockerized, but didn't check the option to run ansible in docker container. There's publicly available image on docker hub

I'm using ansible for some years already. The biggest game changer for me was ansible molecule [0]. I integrated it to the repo, where I store my code and it just runs all the test cases for my code. It saved me a bunch of hours of inv

If you are going to have a directory with millions of files, probably there's one more interesting thing to consider. As you might know ext* and some other FSs store filenames right in the directory file. Means the more files you have

Also ssh supports "from" stanza, which allows you to limit networks from where you can login. Ideally it should set to either corporate network (and make people to vpn to your corporate perimeter before going ssh) or to your home

DDG does a great job with instant answers. You can learn more about the sources at their docs [1]. PS. There are more features than just IA. You can check here [2]. [1]: https://duck.co/ia [2]: https://help.duckd

https://everynoise.com/ was a thing for me. I opened a lot through it. And it was fun to browse through different countries as well as through different genres.

That's why I mentioned that if you want to put multiple applications inside a single container, you have to put it under supervisord or alternative. So neither would be the main process.

That's default behavior. Docker tracks the main process. If it dies, and your database is not the main process, then the entire container will be restarted (depends on configuration). Means your database will be forcefully killed. At s

Docker monitors only main process. If side process fails docker will do nothing about it. Means if you want to put multiple apps inside single container you have to add some manager guy to keep an eye on all the processes (e.g. supervisord)

It's all fun until one of your requirements needs a billion build dependencies to be available on a machine. How do you solve that with pyenv? Docker does it for you.

The real dilemma to me sounds like what we define as freedom of speech in the first place? If we say let anyone say anything, we end up with someone encouraging discrimination or even genocide. From the other side if we introduce restrictio

It might be new to you, but communist regime in Russia is gone for almost 30 years. So opposition is not about communism / anti-communism anymore (:

Well. As of now the Russian vaccine doesn't look like a trustworthy solution. Recently Russians published article in The lancet [1], but scientists who read this have a lot of questions. Especially on data consistency. They even publis

We can't. It's not just a number of beds. It's also how long people stay there (which really depends on healthcare system). E.g. in countries with poor healthcare level people tend to stay in bed longer than in countries with

Yep. It also would be nice to provide a form where clients would be able to select race, sex, age, sexual orientation, religion and other employee parameters as they wish to build a real dream team.

You can never be sure, that the guy didn't sell his soul to intelligence agency and some government official during his visit. Better completely terminate the account and fire the employee if (s)he happened to travel there. /sarca

Wait, isn't it like any other market which already has long lasting players? If you want no competition -- find a new market (and win it). Otherwise you have to be smarter and faster than existing players.

Well. Even reg.ru / nic.ru (budget unfriendly Russian registrars) charge less than 10$ per year. Personally I use Naunet (yet another NIC) re-seller (former nn.gdmd.ru which was acquired by ru.gogolev.net).

Moreover, as a person who participated in hiring a lot, a unique design for every CV isn't something I'd be happy with. The more it unified, the easier to scan the paper for the things I'm looking for.

Don't forget one small nuance: own website requires much (MUCH) more time for initial setup, than any other solution as service which is suggested instead. Especially if it's not a simple static site. And probably for maintenance
