That's the problem, HackerNews comments aren't supposed to be humorous. They're supposed to be a place of higher discussion. If users/mods/OPs can't be serious, learning and intellectual discussion (the entire

I, for one, would gladly enjoy having to pay for the insurance policy in the form of taxes out of my paycheck to cover the stupidity of having a master key system in place, not to mention when the premiums skyrocket after said key gets stol

At the opposite end, I had a company fly me out and pay for expenses, and didn't get the job. They followed up a month or two later and sent a check, although by that time my address changed, so I didn't receive it, and told them

I'll have to try Munchery, looks like they have a pretty decent selection of healthy and tasty meals. My problem with Sprig beyond price point is much of the food doesn't seem appetizing enough for the price to be worth paying, no

Valid points as far as the language goes, but I'm not sure I agree with your points about workflow... the primary goal should be to see if they can reach the solution using the tools required for the job over how the tools are used i

SpoonRocket actually had the most decent meals I'd seen out of any of the healthy food delivery apps and the most options. Just discovered it a week or two ago and this news is incredibly dissapointing.

One of the best arguments for Rackspace is that their cloud offering is far more straightforward and easy to use than AWS, and they have boatloads of SDKs ( https://developer.rackspace.com/docs/ ) and client libraries as

Great question. I'd probably look into something like Sysdig Cloud that can collect that information through its own agent, or one of the tools mentioned by seanp2k2. I do also agree with his point on edge cases though, it should be th

You could probably have a central logging service like graylog or logstash that automatically collects that information and just sort through the logs that way.
