If you search for articles and studies on blue light and sleep the overwhelming majority (that I was able to find) say that there is an effect. I posted a number of sources in another comment

It certainly isn't. If you are active on social media and post something you care about only for it to get no likes the majority of people would feel significantly worse than simply enjoying something and not posting it on the internet

When my dad grew up (in Washington) he was able to pay his college tuition in full and save for a downpayment on his home by working in the kitchen at the university. Nowadays, if you went to University full time and then purchased a house

I'd be curious to learn how many of these children actually decided to engage in activism themselves. If there's anything I learned while in competitive sports, it's that parents have no problem forcing their kids into things
