It was not really hard to adjust, but my experience made me attractive to other entrepreneur-gone-corporate people, so the group I landed it had a good, productivity-oriented mindset. The biggest issue, imo, with corporate work is everythin

I’m of a different opinion. There actually aren’t alternatives to fossil fuel and that’s why there isn’t broad support for the tax. A tax on fossil fuel would make everything more expensive with little recourse for alternatives. I bought an

You’ll notice nearly all of the west village ones are studios. My old apartment was like 600 sq ft and laid out really well with a fully separate bedroom, living room, and large kitchen. Nothing is those listings comes close. Just checked o

I paid $3.5k for a 1BR in the village in 2019, which was a very good deal at the time. Rents have increased dramatically since then. Maybe time to update your price model?

Have you seen the runtypes library? It lets you specify your type using a syntax very similar to normal TS type syntax. It then provides parsers for that type that throws errors if the input doesn’t conform to the type. It’s very useful. If

By "most" definitions, "most" means more than half. So we're literally arguing over a single person.

If we assume intelligence is a normal distribution, then we can say half of the population is below average. I think it's fair to categorize half as most.

I think this is more powerful than a simple exploration tool. It took the author a long time to find a query format that generated logo-like images. Once they had that part down, they were quickly able to iterate on their query to find an i
