This was key in my short response: I'd assume you meant it would be posted online and then removed shortly after.

You have to know about it to request removal. That doesn't fix the issue of user's not understanding that you're changing the expected behavior. I'd assume you meant it would be posted online and then removed shortly aft

I see exactly where you're coming from but KickStarter isn't the only outlet, there are plenty of others available. It's murky water to tread anytime you start excluding groups but you also have to preserve the community that

Why are people discounting the importance of that vantage point? It's incredibly pertinent and a main issue.

Snowden's figure most likely includes bonueses and other perks which I've always considered part of total compenstation.

It was weird timing because I was working on a multi-threaded application that was murdering my server (expected) when I made the comment.

That's a really great way of putting it. I think another issue is "birds of a feather" related. Unless you've got a wide personal circle (or force one) the people you're talking with most with have the same engineering view and can form an

I cannot disagree more emphatically. It's not a hoarding of cash. It's living on a proper financial diet and it is crucial that you learn it early and abide by it because, when the money does start coming in, you don't get fat and slow, you

Of course, I believe that the DPRK is switching to BitCoin soon since illicit nuclear providers prefer it.

DATA doesn't represent the company name, similar to the recent RIM change, a marketing/vanity piece.

I like how you ask for data to verify it (which is totally valid) and then make a definitive statement (or options). Yahoo could definitely be #3 in active use, just like AOL still has tons of users and XP has a large install base. I know o

Out of curiosity have you used or seen Xamarin? I've heard a lot of hype and talked to fairly experienced people who say it doesn't add too much in size or performance cost.

A lot goes into to how the founders handle the "advice". Lots of items in this thread relate to how the commentor would explain something to someone else, but I think that the key is how you consume what you're told.

I most definitely have had this occur, and Vanguard is hardly the only offender. Basically, every single financial institution that I have dealt with has done this. Prior to leaving HSBC when their checking rates plummeted, I had a lengthy
