If go under the links I've submitted you will see that I started a project just for the heck of it and it ends up looking like this. No specific goal in mind, just to spend a few minutes a day doing something cool.

Well, I really enjoy it. I've been using it on my projects since 2013 (when I first learned that I could use a 2D array as map for a game, haha). To be honest, I feel I let a lot of people down because I write my projects on it. The ra

Yes, on my other comment I've linked my web radio project where I sync canvas animations with cool music. I'll try to add this one to it later. Glad you liked it.

I've pushed the code to GitHub it would be very easy to fiddle with the parameters or add sliders - Mr.Doob has a library for that. Let me know if you make something cool with this. Thanks

I think I'm getting close to "finish" this project. I've been thinking about using as a music visualization for my web radio project [1] or let people save it as an image or a short video, so they can use on their design

Hi everyone. This week I've been working of some fake 3D effect over a 2D grid. I don't have a goal with this, I'm just making it for fun. The original code took me less then a hour to write and every iteration about 15-30 mi

Hello there good people, the other [1] day I was here sharing a "cool" "3D" effect using a 2D grid. For the second part of this effect, I've decided to fill each square and color them by their "height", g

Given a 2D grid (x, y) coords, you can turn it into a 3D grid using a very simple formula `FOV / (FOV + z)` So, to your 2D vector (x, y) you give it a z component (x, y, z) and use the above formula to draw it as a 3D scene. Pretty coo

I tried to write a raycast [1] in JavaScript once, I used lines instead of the traditional grid, but it end up messy and with weird texture artifacts. Still, I would like one day to come back to this and do a proper job. I'll download

Just to be clear, Google console is a nightmare in terms of ui/ux. I had to use it a lot when publishing my games or creating ads for them.
