I am kind of still confused why the industry links „keyboard controllers“ with „synths“. there should be just good keyboard controllers that can plug into good synths (like Eurorack). What am I missing?

Well it depends if you mean increase or not. in the OP it could mean either („X% price hike“ could be interpreted as new price is X% of old price)

It is not quite the same but Things from Cultured code does the - do vs due date - subproject progress view and is just generally a super awesome app that brought me a lot of peace

Recently discovered that on long flights, ear plugs (that just block noise, no music!) and a kindle is way more enjoyable for me. Less headache. Can’t imagine having a vision pro on a 10h flight

Some strawman arguments IMHO 1) if it works it works. I guess most people use a small set of terminals these days (ie 80% of users probably use 20% or less of terminals) 2) can just use ls if needed. The tool does not need to be a superset

Personally a big fan of Flax. The way it separates the params and the compute graph is - imo - the right (TM) way. Saying this after many years of soing ML :)

That‘s exactly the point no? We lost 1 dim (magnitude). Not so nice in 2d but no biggie in 512d

Personally still amazed that we live in a time where we can tell a computer system in pure text how it should behave and it _kinda_ works

hot take: if it is shortened by N years but the years you have are k times more pleasurable there are many sweet spots. not a drinker myself but generally triggered by the pure data driven approaches to health / diat topics.

I don’t think this is true at all. I remember vividly when I learned about loops („oh it is just the statement multiple times“) vs learning recursion (spending 3d on an assignment from uni and scratching my head and not getting how the heck

Is this more sarcastic or do you actually have a classifier built that returned 86%? Genuinely curious.

FWIW I find this is the perfect question for ChatGPT/Gemini. Whenever the knowedge is somewhere on the web but hard to Google, I use these LLMs. In this case, Gemini correctly points to Punycode

Thet is not the same. it would be eg if you target 10% growth, the fines would be 2% of that so 0.2%
