Site and demo won't load for me. The naming and references to 'Zoom' are odd. Instead of "Zoom for developers" maybe explain exactly what that means? Is is screen sharing and group meetings? When you compare yoursel

Interesting! I use miniconda extensively for local development to manage virtual environments for different python versions and love it. I hardly ever actually use the conda packages though. I assume the main benefit of using these images w

I can think of a couple of possibilities: 1. Better control of specific python version. There are debian builds for python 3.5, 3.6, etc. + other more specific minor versions. 2. Better isolation from the system python

I would generally agree, except in this case that makes it one of the more stable pieces of software I am running on my mac. When it happens I have a single hotkey mapped to restart the service which recollects all my windows and usually fi

I have been using ubersicht[0]. The same developer of skhd/yabai has a dotfiles repo that I mostly copied his config from. [0] https://github.com/felixhageloh/uebersicht

I have had a pretty stable setup using yabai[0] for my wm and skhd[1] for my hotkey daemon. Both are by the same dev and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Occasionally windows will get in a wonky state, but I have a hot key

With your conda environment activated, you can run pip install requirements.txt. You don't have to use any of the conda commands outside of creating the environment.

There is a note near the beginning: "The goal of this tutorial is not to show you that you need a Kubernetes cluster to run a static website, it’s to show what can be done with OpenFaaS and Kubernetes." I don't think it is b

Could you clarify? Unless the systems you are using require POSIX compatibility, why limit yourself? I would agree that using a proper programming language for anything more than fairly basic scripts would be a better option, but I don'

I'm originally from the 505, and now have an evap cooler + whole house fan in Denver. I agree that swamp coolers are very popular in Albuquerque, but I can't recall ever seeing a whole house fan down there. Are they fairly common?
