Don't use a Makefile with a bunch of phony targets. Either make use of the dependency graph or use a shell script.

You have to make your first payment via credit card so it's not anonymous unfortunately. joepie91 maintains a list, but it looks like it's a couple of years out of date: http://cryto.net/~joepie91/bitcoinvps.h

You can give a virtual machine full control of one of your graphics cards. https://wiki.debian.org/VGAPassthrough

People mine on systems that they do not own. Try leaving SSH open with weak credentials, or use any software with a recently disclosed RCE. It won't be long until somebody drops a Monero miner.

Distributions exist to provide software that all fits and works together (e.g. providing the correct versions of dependencies). Sometimes patching is necessary to make things work.

You could (and should) do that with IPv6. Down with NAT! :)

ext4 places files further apart on disk so fragmentation happens much less often.

I just submitted a PR #4 which changes your Makefile to work a little better. Hopefully it makes the parent commenter stop crying too :)

Wine doesn't allow contributions from people that have seen the Windows source code[0]. I'm not sure of other projects with similar restrictions though. [0]: https://wiki.winehq.org/Developer_FAQ#Who_can.27t_contri

A TechCrunch article[0] suggests that all of this information was just scraped from the Instagram site/API, so is it fair to call this "sensitive" data if it's available to the public anyway? [0]: https://tech
