What does carta do that a spreadsheet can’t? I don’t understand how that can be so hard you pay an entire company to manage it.

Good article but it’s methods. Not methodologies. Methodology is the study of methods. 99.99% of the time you want to say method. Also price, when you said price point.

I’m not even going to read this. ClosedAI should immediately open source their dataset and release all training data.

Taliban are terrorists and will always be terrorists. It’s pretty easy to understand what a terrorist is.

I hate twitter posts. They never have any context and post as if you have all of the context already. And you can’t even see original posts or replies without being logged in. Please don’t post twitter or be kind and just use nitter

I agree. I see a lot of comments about “being intentional about using the phone” but in those cases the phone doesn’t lock anyway… using maps or watching something prevents auto lock. It just makes no sense at all to disable it.

Of course I am serious. How can you not be fascinated by the Roman Empire from the tiny village origins to the eventual collapse. There’s so much history and innovation that no other culture was able to offer.

I want something I can wear on a flight and forget about my environment. I want to block out light entirely. Seems like Vision Pro is the best option for this. I’m hoping Apple will surprise us and steam vr gaming will be possible…

I can’t wait for proton to become even more mainstream. We need to put pressure on AAA titles to support Linux. Many anti cheats already do but it’s the games themselves that refuse to allow Linux. The faster I can dump windows the better b

It’s resistant to turbulence. It has the nicest cabins for business class and up. It has many entrances which is nice because then economy doesn’t need to walk past you in contempt. It also has more safety features than I can list which mak

The A380 is the best plane ever made in the entirety of human history. It’s a damn shame it’s not used more. I’m hoping new fuel efficient engines make it viable again because there simply is NOTHING like first class on an A380.

That happened exactly twice though. That’s certainly not common at all and yes the tear off strips are supposed to minimize that damage either way

Well you can feel better knowing that planes are designed to have tear off strips so if a piece ever rips off it only tears to a maximum small area and shouldn’t keep tearing. At least that’s how Boeing designed it…

Even if unintentional, it’s funny because that’s how MD operated. Sure it’s a plane. Is it good? No.

The FAA also didn’t think smoke alarms were important. Or radar systems. Or collision avoidance. I can go on and on… they didn’t care until at least 300 people die at once. The FAA doesn’t care about critical understaffing of towers and won

The best thing I ever did was invest in some quality gym equipment at home. I have a power rack, tons of weights, bars, etc. treadmill, TVs, speakers, whatever. Never going back to a gym again.

Sometimes I even get into infinite captcha loops without a vpn, even just on my phone. I LITERALLY cannot browse certain sites like wayfair because of cloudflare. I have done nothing wrong.
