Allow me to be crude for a second: half the people in software are likely autistic so I'm not surprised they struggle with building or maintaining relationships.

Best photo editing tool out there for most people. Incredible interface design and integration with the OS. And such a natural fit of acquirer. This makes total sense and I'm excited to see what comes out of this!

I replace my computers before I ever feel a need to upgrade them. Computers are fast and performant for a long time now (4+ years, especially for non-professional use). And as someone who works with computers all day long, I never ever want

> Yes, Apple has been blind to the actual humans using their products for some time now. This is a ridiculous take. There is literally no evidence of this. There are over 2 BILLION iOS devices in the wild and I doubt it's because &q

I think the Watch is certainly more straightforward of a product cycle and happened on a faster time scale. I think iterations of Vision Pro will take years and the final cost will not be what it is today. What everyone sees today is a deve

I'm glad you're bringing screenshots to the conversation because so often people just talk about what they feel without grounding it in anything. What the screenshot makes clear is that you'd have to be a single-celled organi

It's likely they're repurposing slightly older display inventory to preserve margins, recoup R&D costs and to bring overall component costs lower since this is meant to be a cheaper device.

You articulate this position well. I've tried to convey something similar and it's tough to find the words to explain to people. I really like this phrase: "Words are words. Writers are writers. Writers are not words." I

Why was this exact situation so common in the 90s - why did every friend group have a person who lied about an uncle working at specifically Nintendo?
