To bad this wonderful piece of wisdom is hidden I'm this thread. If you have a blog it might be a good idea to post it there. It's too good to let it go unnoticed. :)

The Minecraft EDU version has still not officially launched. It has the potential to simply take the ed tech market by storm. Those sales numbers should be interesting.

Interesting. How is battery life? Have you used other development tools aside from the ones mentioned?

Could I possibly learn more about your warehouse challenges without applying? I'm looking for real world data regarding automating warehouses. :)

Certainly not always. Even mentioning Visual Basic, Perl, Lisp, or .NET around these parts tends to work like a sort of bat signal for similar comments/memes. And that's in a forum where a lot of the people who visit code. Imagine

Thank you. I was on the fence about commenting because I did not want to invite trolls to comment. What the poster above is going through is very normal when hiring (more so when hiring programmers). Lord knows I've often felt very fru

The attitude from the STEM "crowd" is a real issue. I've experienced it myself while talking to kids about technology. People have interrupted a comverstation just to say that art is stupid. I just change the subject and cont

I'm actually one of those "elusive" people you seem to be searching for. My day job is as a tech lead for an ed tech company (we are in the same industry). I fit all of your requirements and more . But to be honest, the blog

From experience, projects that use any of the available javascript frameworks also use jquery in some way or another. Including it is a tone saver. But coffee script should be removed as a default.

I have similar experiences. In the case of the OP, it seems that the person found value in being able to simply print a new part whenever needed. With a fiberglass part you need to store the mold somewhere safe. Composites are a great way t

There is still something very apple-ish about that rumor. It might seem weird, but cars are becoming more like mobile phones with wheels. The mobile phone is the latest in the personal computing vision apple had (well, jobs). The car being

Yes, good points. Notice I meant people use Facebook for search. Not that people use Facebook for Web search. You can't directly search for people on google (to a degree), but you can do so in facebook (and other social networks). Poin

People use Facebook to search, too. Not only standard Web search, but search with whatever context they were doing or talking about. I don't know how Google would have that data without having a widely adopted social network.
