Yeah. Even patch version upgrade from 3.12.3 to 3.12.4 broke a lot of packages. https://github.com/langchain-ai/langchain/issues/22692

I don't recommend it. But for certain use-cases, as mentioned in the article itself, it is unavoidable. Further, you might be working at a company that has decided to use Python, and you can make Python more efficient and effective usi

Exactly, many compiled languages like Java and Go do not suffer from this issue.

Many famous libraries like Spacy do not support Python 3.13 and are stuck on Python 3.12 (Oct 2023). So, even if this comes out in Python 3.14, any non-trivial project will have to wait till Oct 2026 (or Oct 2027) to be able to use it. 1 -

As someone who maintains a Music+Podcast app as a hobby project, I intentionally have no servers for it. You don't need one. You can fetch RSS feeds directly on mobile devices; it is faster, less work to maintain, and has a smaller att

How often do people even encounter this issue? I have been using YAML for 5+ years and have never had it before. Further, I use `yamllint` which points this out as a lint issue "truthy value should be one of [false, true]".

Tests can be good. Tests can be bad. - If you are writing a heavy algorithmic code, then write unit tests. - If you are writing glue code joining services, then write integration tests. - Integrating with third-party services means
