They don't need to sell them to enterprise. They can be their own customer. They have some of the bigger datacenters after all. ARM for data storage pools seems like a good fit.

I don't know, the only component I could see myself needing replacing is the SSD, and I never end up doing it with any of my laptops. Intel laptop line of CPUs only accept 16gb [1], so there's no reason to no max it out from the s

Yeah, I was writing the same exact though before seeing your comment. Seems plausible. Maybe they didn't had enough cpu for the Iris Pro 15" macbook pro, but there seemed to be no reason why they hadn't updated the macbook&#

To be fair, the Nvidia shield mentioned in these benchmarks is a 8" tablet, not a smartphone. I think k1 hasn't yet been shown in a smartphone form factor. Given the limitations caused by size, it's not really a fair comparis
