An Aeron is nice but plenty of other chairs last way longer than a year and are maybe a fifth of the price of an Aeron. You also have to consider for a lot of people there are other products that will give them a much better pay off.

For 1 doesn't ERCOT also have a maximum price or do you mean at a retail level? I'd imagine our relatively milder climate also has a lot to do with it.

> Ostensibly the SEC's goal is to protect investors and create fair markets. So who are they protecting here and where is the harm? People seem pretty happy to be earning yield on these various products, across lots of other crypto

If you need a lot of data it probably makes sense to get a local sim but if you are travelling through a few countries and really just need it for getting directions every now and then it makes much more sense.

Doesn't seem to work right... {"ip": "127.0.0.1", ...} But seriously, of course you can but 99% of people would rather just use a simple site rather than hosting their own server.

I think the general argument is that the stores are not competitive and providing a low value service (having scams and subscription traps) while collecting a large amount of proceeds from developers.

I'm sure they will still sell but they may be harder to sell if Nike is blocking sales. In addition we don't really know the full value of the settlement. Potentially Nike will get some cut of the profit of the shoes not returned.

There are usually listing requirements that require that the public owns a large portion of the shares in the case of the NASDAQ it seems to be 10%. If the company hasn't already sold these shares they would have to sell them on day 1.
