Many filters aren't that sophisticated, it might just have been a single word that tripped it up. I remember "hackaday" being blocked at my High School because it was tagged as a "hacking website" by the filter.

You're essentially saying what I was saying. That Turing tried to throw metaphysics out of the window in favor of a practical approach (behavior-based = fooling a human). As for public perception of consciousness or "thinking"
