Can we all agree that none of these stack up to what the PSP was in it's day? Not in performance of course. But the form factor and the experience.

OCW tends to everything about the course, except the video lectures. I've seen so many courses with newer course-dates but the lectures alone are from older editions of the same course.

IIRC it used to be black circa 98 and 2000.

That's interesting. So, they won't mind if the amount is $10 or even $0 as long as the headlines read "SparkFun and $PatentTroll settle for an undisclosed sum".

> offer to settle They can do that. But there isn't much leverage for them if they do that. They'll be giving their hand away and at that point SparkFun has almost no reason to pay a single dollar. Disclaimer : IANAL

The author mentions that the product on which the suit is being brought about sold very few units and that if they really want to collect on their under-$500 in royalty, they are free to bring up an expensive-for-them suit to do the same.

+1 I've been looking for a sane calendar service that's not Google calendar and there's just nothing that's open-standards compatible.

It should have all that, when you install the app. And you should probably be able to see what apps are using what permissions when. Both of which you can do already. A prompt at every instance is just fear mongering.

You know how you didn't agree with the above comment and instead of just finding another comment you agreed with, you commented here to show your displeasure? You see where I'm going with this?

I just downloaded it. It's not so much the GUI in the terminal. I actually think it looks pretty slick. It's what I give in exchange - accessibility permissions are a big no no. And of course, verified email for a CLI utility is p

Do you have any plans to add first class support for SSH based or docker based remote development workflows? The current Rsubl implementation kinda works. But is a bit hacky for reliable everyday work.

FYI, Gmail works on Outlook. But the ability to use extensions may be limited on some platforms.

I had the pleasure of speaking with the founder way back when they were super early. Was really impressed but didn't have a very good use for it for me. So glad to see them grow into what they've become today :)

I don't look at it as a place to answer "What is the best way to do X" type questions but more "What else is out there that can X".

If only Jetbrains added something more modern to sync files with a remote host, instead of the SLOW SFTP way they do it now, I'd be an instant convert. Recently, I've settled for using my remote machine as the source of truth for

I've been doing something like this for about 3 months with very good success. This is also pretty much the only "complete" solution I could come up with that doesn't involve duct taping 3-4 different things and keeping

I'd love to leave! As soon as someone comes up with a half decent hosted calendar service that's half as good as Google Calendar. People like to give GCal a lot of shit while comparing it with local apps; there's very few hos
